Our dedicated higher education marketing team is ready to develop new and creative ideas for our café programs and we look forward to running weekly promotional events on campus, including:

• Themed dinner, local harvest, and culinary promotion
Fire & Ice is an exciting winter carnival open to all and showcases the expertise of our chefs. An outdoor food and entertainment spectacular, Fire & Ice is a collaborative event with the entire campus community. Each year we start to develop distinct food stations with input from our student dining committee (C.H.A.T). Students have recently selected crave-able menu items such as deep-fried Oreos, Twinkies and funnel cakes.
As critical as on-the-spot feedback can be to the success of our program, we must ensure that our leadership is more than simply reactive. C.H.A.T. allows us to work with a broad cross-section of the campus community to build positive momentum toward a long-range vision for your hospitality program.
Regular Student Surveys
In addition to our comment card and customer feedback methods, our team will utilize online tools like Survey Monkey and other platforms to conduct overall campus-wide satisfaction surveys on a regular basis.
The reality of campus hospitality is that the average student will dine with us around 400 times in a given year. Over this length of time, even the most exceptional cuisine will become ordinary if it does not change. Maintaining high levels of students’ satisfaction requires a sustained commitment to a robust marketing and promotional program. We will combat this inevitable “program fatigue” with an engaging marketing and promotional program.
