We are currently seeking candidates for the position of GENERAL MANAGER for Campus Dining. Candidates should have a combination of education and experience in culinary and management, with a minimum of 5 years industry experience. A college degree is a plus, preferably in Culinary Arts.

This position is responsible for food, labor and operating costs along with budget compliance in food cost analysis and forecasting. Candidates must have experience in catering. Also, you will manage work schedules, all staff associates, including hiring, & training, and have full P & L responsibility. Superior customer service skills are required as you will interact daily with our client and customers. We offer an outstanding compensation and benefits package for the position. Also, enjoy working Monday - Friday, with weekends and holiday off.
